Troubleshooting

When someone has reported not being able to watch a film, the links have been looked at, along with the status of the server. All is usually okay. May just be a quirk at the time you tried to watch.

If you continue to get an error when trying to watch or the player keeps pausing, etc., it is usually one of the following:

1. You need a newer version of RealPlayer (see above section for downloading this).
2. The settings in your current RealPlayer need to be optimized.
3. Your actual online speed is too slow and you need to use the "dial-up" speed.
